As a Restoration Technician you will perform demolition and removals, placement of equipment, update job notes, check jobs to insure proper drying is occurring, and removing equipment. You would use your customer service skills and communication skills to instill trust and confidence in our customers. Your experience and understanding will help our customers. On the Showcase Restoration team, you will get the opportunity to help manage the process. • The ability to ensure eligibility, health, and safety of our employees, vendors, subs and customers on the job site.
• The ability to demo and remove items in a home or business, being committed to taking care of the customer, and the overbearing quality of being the best.
• A proven record of mitigation knowledge is a plus, but if you are not experienced we train the right person.
• The capacity to exercise persistence and kindness when working with customers.
