Wayne Etowski

President

Wayne Etowski’s journey into the construction and restoration industries was deeply rooted in his upbringing, where he honed his skills through hands-on work alongside his father. Despite his early immersion in manual labor, Wayne pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College.
Throughout his 27-year marriage to his wife Heidi, Wayne has remained a dedicated family man, raising three daughters while simultaneously establishing himself in his professional career. Since 1984, he has been an integral part of the Construction and Restoration industries, holding a general contractor license and continually expanding his expertise. His vast experience includes overseeing over 20,000 repair projects and the construction of more than 100 residences.
Wayne’s commitment to professional development is evident in his pursuit of further qualifications, including becoming IICRC qualified and working towards a master’s in restoration. However, beyond his individual accomplishments, Wayne values the collaborative environment within his team, finding fulfillment in the camaraderie and shared dedication to their work.
Ryan Donnelly

Ryan Donnelly

Operations Manager

Ryan Donnelly now calls North Carolina his home since retiring from the military. With over 25 years of experience in managing and leading an employee workforce of over three hundred people, Ryan offers and uses a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge to get the mission done. The skills he has learned over 10 years in Renovation and 24 years in the U.S Army has helped and lead him to his current position as the Operation Manager at Showcase Restoration.
Ryan graduated with honors from McIntosh College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in Electronics Technology from Fayetteville Technical Community College. He and Tamara have been married for over 26 years and have two children together.

Controller

Heidi Etowski and Wayne have enjoyed a 27-year marriage and are proud parents of three daughters. Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and is a certified public accountant, as well as a qualified general contractor. She possesses certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician).
Heidi’s journey into the construction industry began when she found herself assisting with weekend and after-hours tasks for the business, initially serving as backup bookkeeper. Over time, she became increasingly involved in various projects and eventually obtained her building license. Currently, Heidi serves as the Showcase Government Services sponsor, showcasing her dedication and commitment to the company’s growth and development.
Heidi deeply appreciates the business’s strong emphasis on family values and the supportive management culture that values its staff. Her involvement in the construction industry underscores her passion for the field and her commitment to making valuable contributions to the company’s success.

Kristine Thompson holds two Associate of Accounting degrees from Bryant and Stratton College and Fayetteville Tech. With an impressive 25 years of accounting experience, she was offered the opportunity to join Showcase Restoration as an Staff Accountant. Her coworkers value her willingness to assist others at a moment’s notice, and her vibrant personality naturally draws people to her. Outside of work, Kristine enjoys playing pool in her leisure time.

Senior Estimator

Joshua Nuzzo began his career as a full-time Framer at the age of 17. By the age of 19, he assumed leadership of the framing team, showcasing his early aptitude for management. At 21, Joshua took the leap to establish his own construction business, which he effectively operated for 21 years. Initially focusing on framing homes, his expertise has since expanded to encompass all facets of the residential industry, owing to his comprehensive understanding.
The team at Showcase values Joshua’s presence, and he finds fulfillment in being an integral part of the family.

Brittany Grant graduated from Methodist University, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Forensic Science and Criminal Justice. With fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, she has gained a considerable amount of knowledge and expertise. During her career, she worked as a construction engineer and a heavy equipment operator.
Brittany’s career experience showcases a diverse range of skills and hands-on experience, which have effectively prepared her for her current position as an estimator at Showcase Restoration.
John Russell

John Russell has been engaged in the Construction and Remodeling industry since the age of 12, gaining valuable experience alongside his father. With 16 years of experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where he served as both a Sales specialist and Merchandising Manager, John possesses extensive knowledge and expertise.
At Showcase Restoration, John is committed to assisting clients by focusing on detail and leveraging his deep understanding of construction and building materials. His dedication to client satisfaction and restoration work reflects his unwavering commitment. He eagerly anticipates rekindling his clients’ enthusiasm for their homes through restoration projects.

Ashley VanBuskirk holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interior Design from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Architecture.
With a family background deeply rooted in the industry—her father being a respected cabinet maker—Ashley brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise to her role.
Her hands-on experience in both commercial and residential construction has been instrumental in her transition to her current position as a Production Coordinator at Showcase Restoration.
Shawnte Rodgers

Production Coordinator

Shawnte Rodgers possesses a natural talent for hands-on work. She initially started her career by assembling customers’ online purchases for Handy, including items like BBQ grills and lawn mowers from Lowe’s, as well as outdoor patio furniture and gym equipment. However, her interest in home repair grew as she began assisting a friend with maintenance tasks on rental properties, ultimately leading her to delve into purchasing and renovating houses for Airbnb listings.
With her vibrant personality, Shawnte brings a valuable and diverse perspective to the Showcase Team. She excels under pressure and is trusted by her colleagues to efficiently manage tasks.

Jonathan Davis has over 25 years of practical experience in both Residential and Commercial construction, has been married for over 23 years and is the proud father of three children.
Throughout the majority of his career, he has served as an owner and partner in a construction company, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a steadfast work ethic instilled in him from an early age while assisting his father on job sites. Jonathan approaches each task with a strong desire for completion and a commitment to excellence.

Terrance Hunt has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Terrance’s current role as a Project Supervisor at Showcase is the culmination of 10 years of hands-on fieldwork and 10 years of construction management expertise. He holds a profound interest in construction and its various facets.
Outside of his role at Showcase, Terrance actively contributes to his local community. He serves as a Volunteer Fireman, Liaison for the Robeson County Church Community Center, holds the position of President at the Robeson County Red Rum Motor City Club, and generously donates his time as a Baseball Coach for local teams in Robeson County.

Mike White began working for a local construction company after graduating from High School in 2003 where he contributed to the building of new homes. Over the years, Mike has held various managerial roles, including Team Leader and Assistant Manager, before assuming his current position as a Project Supervisor at Showcase Restoration.
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike is a experienced professional in managing physically and mentally demanding projects. He brings invaluable qualities such as perseverance, leadership, and extensive knowledge to the Showcase team.

Russell Webb is a seasoned professional with an extensive background spanning more than two decades in the Construction Industry. With experience encompassing both laborer and management positions.
His educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management. 
What truly sets Russell apart is his unwavering dedication to serving his community. A notable example of this is his voluntary involvement in assisting those affected by Hurricane Sandy in New York City. Russell’s strong desire to give back to the community extends beyond singular acts of kindness. It is a fundamental principle that he actively imparts to his children, instilling in them the values of empathy, generosity, and service to others.

Over the span of 32 years, Tom Nuzzo has dedicated himself to the construction industry. His journey commenced as a salesman for Home Improvement before advancing to the role of Sales Manager. In 2000, Tom took the bold step of establishing his own construction company, which experienced success until 2008 when circumstances led to its closure. Transitioning to the auto industry, Tom ascended the ranks, ultimately attaining positions as Commercial Sales Manager and Internet Sales Manager.
Tom was given the chance to join Showcase Restoration as an Estimator, during which time he earned certifications in Xactimate and Water Damage Technology. He transitioned into the Business Development role within Showcase Restoration. Tom is dedicated to contributing to the growth of Showcase’s Commercial Division.
Shavante' McKinney

Shavante' McKinney

Public Relations Coordinator

Shavante’ McKinney is proficient in social media outreach and marketing, strategic communications, and leadership. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Elizabeth City State University and her Master’s Degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University. She finds joy in expanding her understanding of the industry and actively participates in marketing efforts for Showcase Restoration, eagerly accompanying teams to promote the company in various capacities.
