Trisha Watson is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience spanning all aspects of the Construction Industry. In her role as Assistant Operations Manager, she embodies efficiency and client satisfaction.
Trisha takes pride in her dedication to these attributes because she understands that few things are as crucial for a company’s success as trust and dependability.
Trisha’s educational journey reflects her dedication to her craft. She studied at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) before pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Design at the International Academy of Art and Design (IADT) in Tampa, Florida. This background has equipped her with a unique perspective and skill set that she brings to her role in the Construction Industry.
Outside of work, Trisha cherishes spending time with her two daughters at home, underscoring her commitment to family and work-life balance. Despite her busy schedule, she strives to maintain a fulfilling personal life while excelling in her professional endeavors.

Mike Britt started his career in construction and worked in that field for seven years before deciding to change careers. He has always found enjoyment in construction work.
Now, he is eager to expand his knowledge in restoration to ensure he can provide the best possible care to his clients. He wants clients who have experienced catastrophic events like fires, water damage, or wind damage to feel confident in his abilities and know that they are receiving excellent service and support.

With over 15 years of experience in the repair field, Aaron Lake has transitioned from a technician to a skilled mitigation manager and estimator. He is certified by the IICRC in fire, lead, and water restoration, showcasing his expertise.
Throughout his career, Aaron has cultivated and trained numerous proficient crews and has actively participated in twelve named storms. His unwavering dedication to helping those in need has been the driving force behind his extensive and impactful career in the restoration industry.
