About the Senior Bookkeeper position
As a Senior Bookkeeper you will complete daily reports to update managers and staff, supervise and complete payroll, help keep your eye on the budgets, complete deposits, insure procedures are being followed, supervise all aspects of accounting, quality control, communicate, and help set expectations and goals. Your experience and understanding will help our owners guide their business. You will exercise your communication skills, as there may be times when you will need to discuss realistic and attainable expectations within our budgets and cash flow. Additionally, your skills will be on display; you will meet and consult with owners and managers to provide the necessary means to complete our work profitably. You will complete all monthly closings and yearly closings by the 15th of the following month.
Essentially, you are part of the production team to ensure the team is profitable, we are managing and keeping up with our assets, and management of the overall company financials. On the Showcase Restoration project team, you will get the opportunity to be part of the Restoration process. To succeed in the Showcase Restoration environment, your skill set will transcend beyond traditional book keeping, where you will have a vital role in our operations by making sure the owners and managers are profitable and help sustain the long term vitality of the company. - The ability to complete financials by the 15th of the month.

- A proven record of book keeping, financial management, payroll processing and team member management.
