"Repaired all the damage from a broken water pipe, replaced carpet and tile insulation.
I was away from home when a hot water pipe broke in the master bathroom. There was water damage in bathroom, dressing room and bedroom. The plumber recommended Showcase Restoration; they came with fans and dehumidifiers which they placed not only in the damaged area, but underneath the damaged area because the wood and insulation was soaked. Showcase was here every day on time. Preston, Ben, Mark, Rick, Josh, Solo and Wayne (Wayne is the owner of the company even came Saturday and Sunday dressed for church to see how the damage was drying. I told them I was having company on the 16th and they said they would have the job done by the 15th, and they did as promised. Even though Solo had worked all day in the heat replacing insulation, he stayed until 8:00 P.M. to help lay the carpet and move furniture. The whole company went above and beyond. They were all kind, understanding, polite and punctual. I highly recommend Showcase Restoration!!!

"The inside of my house was covered with sawdust after we had our hardwood floors sanded, and we hired them to do a deep cleaning. This included cleaning the walls, the floors, the windows and every piece of furniture. They did an excellent job, and the house looked great after they finished."

"Late Saturday night a pipe leading to a 50 gallon hot water heater in my attic bursts. This allowed water to leak through the insulation in the attic and penetrate the ceiling in the master bedroom as well as an adjacent hall and cedar closet. I did not discover the leak for several hours and by that time water was standing in the hall, streaming down the walls in the master bedroom and the closet. I called a friend who climbed into the attic and shut off the water. We cleaned up most of the water but the wood floors began to buckle. On Monday morning I contacted my insurance company and they told me I would be contacted by damage response team. Within an hour I was not only contacted by Showcase Restoration, but they had people on the way from their office which was over an hour away. Two trucks arrived and the area of damage was evaluated and equipment was placed in the attic, crawl space under the house and in the bedroom, closet and hall. The moisture in those areas was monitored and registered 100%. For the next four days the equipment dried the area out and every day the moisture was measured until it was reduced to fewer than 4%. During the entire time I was informed of the process and advised concerning which service people would be working on the property. On the fourth day all of the equipment was removed and the floors had laid back down. There will be painting ,dry wall and other damages to be repaired but I feel satisfied that the area is dry.

Showcase Restoration did a beautiful job of drying out my home after water damage from a leak due to a burst pipe leading to a hot water heater. The people who installed the drying equipment were polite, on time and very careful of my furniture, rugs and home generally. They removed all debris and worked under extreme conditions, in an attic with an outside temperature of over 95 degrees. I was pleased with the information provided concerning the process and the time spent to be sure I understood every phase of the clean up.

"This is my second time using Showcase and they were excellent! Structural support compromised during the installation of plumbing during initial construction (in the crawl space), which lead to slight sagging and eventually stand-up shower cracking = water damage! The sub-contractors used to fix the structural damage and repair the water damage were professional and efficient, thus making our lives easier with a deployment pending!
Both projects went smoothly and project manager was great with coordination, quality assurance, etc.

"Our home was damaged by a flood and our insurance hired this contractor to take care of the remodeling of our home.
My experience with Showcase DKI was overall good. For the most part, the people he brought in to do the work were good. They seem to be responsive to our needs and were able to get our home finished in a timely manner. The insurance took care of the cost of the remodeling, so we do not know the cost of the service they provided. If we have the need, we would consider using this company again.
