Team & Job Descriptions
We are a 24 hour/7 day a week emergency service provider. Employment with Showcase Restoration may require being on-call one week during a four to five week rotation.
All applicants must have stable background/work history, drug free, clean record and a valid driver’s license with good driving history if position requires driving a company vehicle. Must have reliable transportation to work.
Industry certifications such as IICRC and Lead Renovator are preferred but not required. Showcase Restoration continually invests in the continued education and training of our employees.
STRUCTURE PRODUCTION TEAM
Working in a fast paced environment, the Structure Production Team combines construction knowledge and communication skills to provide excellent customer service while building strong relationships in the community. Each team member plays a vital role in ensuring the activities of the restoration process are quickly and accurately completed from start to finish affecting the bottom line results for each job. Individuals adept at problem solving will thrive as each day presents a new mix of challenges and opportunities.
STRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER - Requires strong background in residential construction including punch out and trim work experience. Problem solvers with the ability to produce a quality result quickly and independently with minimal supervision should apply. 3 to 5 years project management experience handling multiple projects at once using detailed budgeting, scheduling, material/take-off, written/verbal communication and computer skills. Previous commercial construction or insurance restoration experience helpful but not required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in hot/cold conditions with considerable standing and bending. Position requires extended hours at times to include serving on-call.
ESTIMATOR - Must be a results-oriented problem solver with attention to detail and have the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must along with computer experience in Word, Excel and Outlook. A strong background in residential or commercial construction with experience in contracts and making material selections is preferred. Insurance Restoration and/or Insurance Claims experience is a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in hot/cold conditions with considerable standing and bending. Position requires extended hours at times to include serving on-call.
INSIDE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - Supports both the Structure Production and Restoration teams by monitoring every project from claim to close. Works closely with project managers, estimators and management to ensure no detail goes unnoticed and to promote proper communication with customers. Results-oriented problem solver with attention to detail and a strong background in customer service. Must have the ability to handle multiple functions at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must along with computer experience in Word, Excel, Outlook and purchasing/accounting software. A strong background in residential or commercial construction is preferred.
LEAD CARPENTER - Requires strong background in residential construction including punch out and trim work experience. Must have own tools and reliable vehicle. Problem solvers with the ability to produce a quality result quickly and independently with minimal supervision should apply. Proven ability to run small projects with understanding of detailed budgeting, scheduling, material/take-off a plus. Previous commercial construction or insurance restoration experience helpful but not required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in hot/cold conditions with considerable standing and bending. Position requires extended hours at times to include serving on-call.
The Restoration Team consists of two teams – ACPC (Cleaning & Contents) and EMS (Water Mitigation/Emergency Services). Each Team includes a Project Manager, Crew Leaders, Sr. Technicians and Technicians. The ACPC Team has additional positions that specialize in the cleaning of electronics and textiles such as laundry.
The ACPC Team processes multiple cleaning projects resulting from fire, smoke, water and odor damage to property and contents including use of the Esporta and Ultra-Sonic machines.
The EMS Team processes multiple EMS projects in the remediation of damaged property whether from a water loss, a fire loss, or one of the covered perils payable by insurance companies or so instructed. EMS Team members will be one of the first on the scene and ready to assist the owner/insured in the emergency services to protect any property from further damage.
Teamwork is vital to the successful coordination and completion of the various complex aspects of the restoration process in the field and the warehouse and in conjunction with structural, water mitigation and/or cleaning/content projects. All efforts are at keeping all aspects of multiple projects moving.
Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, stable employment history and an enthusiastic approach to hard work. Detail-oriented individuals with lead or supervisory experience and strong organizational skills may qualify for opportunity to advance with hard work and determination. Previous fire/odor/smoke/mold or commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning experience helpful but not required. Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs. and work in hot/cold conditions with considerable standing, bending, climbing and crawling. Experience driving large box trucks, forklifts and pulling trailers a plus. Warehouse logistics/inventory, commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning experience helpful. Requires extended hours at times to include serving on-call.
CLEANING OR EMS PROJECT MANAGER - Organizes, schedules and oversees multiple projects and crews in the cleaning or remediation of fire, smoke, water and odor damage to property and contents. Coordinates the various complex aspects of the restoration process in the field and the warehouse and in conjunction with structural projects. All efforts are at keeping all aspects of multiple projects moving. Project Managers are the field representatives of the Restoration Manager. Requires 3 to 5 years project management experience. Water mitigation and/or cleaning/contents experience is preferred.
ELECTRONICS CREW LEADER - Responsible for the operation of the electronics cleaning facility of the ACPC. This includes proper use of all equipment and techniques used to clean electronics as detailed in the electronics cleaning manual. Requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, pride in a well-finished product and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while directing others in electronic cleaning functions. Electronic cleaning experience is preferred; will train the right candidate.
CLEANING OR EMS CREW LEADER - Requires 3 to 5 years lead or supervisory experience w/ strong organizational skills. Water mitigation experience preferred for EMS; will train the right candidate. Must be able to successfully direct a crew including creating a plan for action and coordinating multiple responsibilities.
CLEANING OR EMS TECH - 1+ years experience in water mitigation preferred; will train the right candidate. Experience driving large box trucks, forklifts and pulling trailers a plus. Eligibility for Sr. Tech is based on leadership shown and experience on the job.
LAUNDRY SPECIALIST - In addition to technician duties, this position is responsible for the operation of the laundry facility of the ACPC. This includes insuring proper use of the Esporta machine and all laundering procedures as detailed in the ACPC Standard Operating Procedures manual. Requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards and pride in a well-finished product. Occasionally required to perform repetitive tasks continuously for extended periods such as folding and ironing. Laundry or dry cleaning experience preferred.
PART-TIME EMS RESPONDER - Monitors water mitigation jobs and perform EMS/water mitigation/demo work as needed. Must be available for flexible work hours - Saturday and Sunday plus evenings or nights as needed. Hours range from 16 to 30 hours per week.
The Admin/Support Team coordinates the accounting functions of the company and promotes quality assurance while providing excellent customer service and support to the production and restoration teams.
Qualified candidates for the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Purchasing Coordinator positions will be results-oriented problem solvers with attention to detail and have the ability to handle multiple functions at once. Must have a strong customer service background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must along with computer experience in Word, Excel, Outlook and purchasing/accounting software. Additional duties include answering the phone, processing new claims including coordinating response team with management, filing, data entry and special projects. A strong background in residential or commercial construction is preferred. Filemaker, A-Systems, Insurance Restoration and/or Insurance Claims experience is a plus.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR - Requires 3 to 5 years accounts payable and payroll processing experience. Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable and Payroll timesheet entered in accounting system. Accuracy and attention to details are an essential part of this position as well as helping to control costs for the company.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR - Requires 3 to 5 years accounts receivable experience with a strong collections background. Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable function for the company including weekly Cash Forecast for the Controller. Maintains reports and coordinates payments with homeowners, mortgage companies and production/restoration teams.
PURCHASING COORDINATOR - Requires 3 to 5 years building material/supplies purchasing experience with a strong customer service background. Coordinates day-to-day construction budgeting and purchasing functions as part of the restoration process. Fulfills a vital role to the success of our company by providing timely access to pricing information, reports and purchase orders. Must pro-actively negotiate the best, most current pricing to aid in affecting the bottom line results for each job.
The Client Services/Sales Team provides excellent customer service while promoting Showcase Restoration as the premier restoration company in our area. This effort requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to build strong relationships with the community while implementing the marketing and sales program. Provides support to the production and restoration teams as necessary.
Qualified candidates for the Client Services/Sales Team will be strong customer liaisons speaking knowledgeably and honestly to insure promises made to our customers are kept and any delays clearly explained. Must maintain a thorough knowledge of Insurance Restoration work and concepts including the process of contents cleaning, water mitigation, smoke mitigation, fire damage mitigation and odor control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must along with computer experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Cold Call Sales, Insurance Restoration, Residential/Commercial Construction and/or Insurance Claims experience is a plus.
CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR/SALES – Requires 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience. Establishes and develops relationships with insurance agents/ adjusters, plumbers, businesses, large losses, government entities and institutions. Actively secures assignments from insurance agents, claims adjusters, claims service reps, other service providers, property owners and any other person or entity needing our services.
BUSINESS DEVELOPER - Requires 3 to 5 years of outside sales or business development experience. Sells emergency response plans (ERP), multi-family, and commercial business. Helps establish company as the premier restoration company. Promotes Showcase as a trustworthy company worthy of a business partnership. Solicits new business. Establishes and develops relationships with insurance agents/ adjusters, plumbers, businesses, large losses, government entities and institutions.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & SAFETY COORDINATOR - Provides input to management to address quality issues by determining and documenting any areas that may need improvement while assisting management in building leadership, developing training, promoting accountability, communication and teamwork throughout the company. The QASC promotes safety company-wide as well as the maintaining of accurate inventory and equipment availability. A typical workday may involve visiting jobsites, making quality calls, assigning equipment, monitoring inventory and coordinating the company's "quality" education and training program. The best candidate for this position will have strong administrative and organizational skills. Quality assurance, OSHA safety, warehouse inventory/logistics experience helpful but not required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in hot/cold conditions with considerable standing and bending. Position requires extended hours at times to include serving on-call.
